A certified VTS is what keeps a public transport permit valid. We manufacture five certified models - one certified by ARAI, four by ICAT - and fit them with our own engineers.
Freedom Track has launched an ARAI certified AIS-140 (Automotive Industry Standard) compliant and certified GPS tracking device. Certification is issued per model by an approved agency, so the model name and the certifying body both matter when your permit is checked. We state both, for every unit we sell.

Nine alert types are raised by the device itself rather than calculated later, so the notification arrives while you can still do something about it.
If you operate a public transport vehicle, yes. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways made a certified Vehicle Tracking System mandatory on all public transport vehicles from April 2018. Tell us your vehicle class and the state you operate in and we will confirm what applies.
Both are government-approved testing agencies that issue AIS-140 type approval. GAGAN-01 is certified by ARAI; WeTrack 800, Bharat 101, WP30L A and TEDI are certified by ICAT. Either is valid - which one matters only if a specific tender or authority asks for one by name.
Yes. Freedom Track is an in-house GPS tracker manufacturer, not a reseller, which is why the certification is held in our name and why firmware changes do not have to travel through a supplier abroad.
Our own technicians. Installation, periodic maintenance, spares and repair support and brownfield upgrades are all handled by our field team rather than subcontracted.
It keeps recording. The AIS-140 class device stores 40,000 waypoints on board and forwards them when the network returns, and falls back to SMS where GPRS is unavailable.
