Privacy Policy

How this website handles information - in plain language, describing what it actually does.

Last updated: 20 September 2026

Who we are

This privacy policy explains how Freedom Track Pro, a platform operated by Precise Telematics & Ventures, handles information in connection with this website at freedomtrack.co.in.

Our registered address is FF-14, Avadh City, Near Sayaji Township, New Karelibaug, Vadodara - 390019, Gujarat, India. You can reach us on +91 90336 78177 or at freedomtrack17@gmail.com.

What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no database and no server-side form handling. We do not store anything you type into it.

The enquiry form on this site does not submit to a server. When you press send, your browser opens WhatsApp or your email application with the details already filled in, and nothing is transmitted until you choose to send that message yourself. Until you do, the information stays on your own device.

We do not set cookies for advertising, analytics or profiling. We do not run trackers or pixels on this site.

Information you send us directly

When you send us an enquiry by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we receive whatever you choose to include - typically your name, phone number, email address, company, city, fleet size and what you need.

We use that information for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if you go on to become a customer, to supply and support the devices you buy. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we have an active commercial relationship with you, and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Third-party services this site uses

Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google's font service, so Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.

WhatsApp. If you use the WhatsApp buttons, WhatsApp (Meta) handles that conversation under its own terms and privacy policy.

Our hosting provider. Like any web server, the host keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.

We do not control these third parties and this policy does not cover what they do with your information.

Tracking device data

This policy covers the website only. Location and telemetry data produced by an installed tracking device is a different matter, governed by the contract between us and the fleet operator who owns the vehicle, and by the AIS-140 requirement to transmit to a state backend where that applies.

If you are a driver or passenger asking what a device in a vehicle records, the operator of that vehicle is the right first point of contact, as they decide what is collected and who sees it.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to freedomtrack17@gmail.com and we will respond.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may raise it with the appropriate data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes - for example, if we ever add analytics or a server-side form - will be described here before they take effect.

A note on this document

This page describes how the website actually behaves today, in plain language rather than boilerplate. It is not a substitute for advice from your own legal adviser before you publish. If the site later gains analytics, a server-side form or an account system, this page has to change with it.
