Agreement
These terms govern your use of freedomtrack.co.in, operated by Freedom Track Pro, a platform of Precise Telematics & Ventures, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. By using this website you accept them.
What this website is
This website is informational. It describes our GPS tracking devices, their certifications and specifications, the industries we serve and the services we offer.
It is not a shop. No prices are published, no orders can be placed and no payment is taken here. Everything on this site is an invitation to enquire, not an offer capable of acceptance.
A contract between us comes into existence only when we issue a written quotation or proforma invoice and you accept it in writing.
Product information and certification
We state the certifying body for each AIS-140 model because it is a material fact: GAGAN-01 is certified by ARAI, and WeTrack 800, Bharat 101, WP30L A and TEDI are certified by ICAT.
Specifications on this site are given in good faith and describe the current production version. Manufacturers revise hardware and firmware, so the specification confirmed on your quotation is the one that governs your order.
Compliance with AIS-140 is a matter between the vehicle operator and the issuing authority. We supply certified devices and fit them correctly; we cannot guarantee the outcome of any inspection, permit application or regulatory decision.
Service availability
Tracking depends on GPS or GNSS satellite reception and on a cellular network operated by a third party. Coverage gaps, network outages, tampering, power disconnection and vehicle damage can all interrupt reporting. Devices buffer data on board where the specification says so, but no tracking system can be guaranteed continuous.
Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of uninterrupted service.
Intellectual property
The Freedom Track name and mark are registered trademarks. The text, layout, design and original photography on this site belong to us or our licensors.
Some photographs on this site are licensed from third parties under Creative Commons terms and remain subject to their own licences.
You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or present our content as your own.
Links to other sites
Where we link out - to WhatsApp, to Google Maps, to a certifying body or to an image source - we do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Limitation of liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, or from reliance on information published here rather than on a written quotation from us.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vadodara, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
